How can I keep my mind positive and not go into negative thoughts?

The answer to this question is very simple: You can’t. The nature of the mind is to bounce back and forth between positive and negative. The whole agenda is to learn how to transcend the thoughts and become real. Become your authentic self within. The mind is meant to be a part of us that serves us, like our beautiful bodies, and it’s a very valuable part of who we are. In fact, it is the conscious part of our body. The mind and thoughts are not meant to rule us. However, when you’ve lost touch or you’ve never been exposed to the fact that you are beyond the mind, the mind tends to rule. It is the mind’s nature that thoughts will always be positive or negative. It’s like a game of table tennis. You have the paddles on either side of the table, one positive, one negative and you are the ball in the middle being hit back and forth. Sometimes you get a small reprieve. If the ball gets knocked off the table you get a few moments of peace, but soon enough the ball gets picked back up and the game continues.

The only thing you do with the positive/negative aspect of the mind is remember, you are the ball: grab the ball back. You belong to you, not the programing of the mind. When you find your authentic self beyond the mind the question you asked becomes a mute point. I can help you with this.
